  • All buildings at the resort include elevators. Units are wheelchair accessible, with step-free access and wide clearance to beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • Absolutely no house parties. Family groups only. If a group misrepresents themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. The company reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • No pets allowed (it is a resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
  • The resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and prohibits trailers.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • The premises may only be used for residential purposes. No animals. No other purpose permitted.
  • Tenant must observe all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
  • No use of the premises or acts shall be done which will increase the existing rate of insurance or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that may occur after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Online cancellations are not allowed.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this case, all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.

  • Free parking is provided for your car at the unit.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative parking arrangements may be made through property management.
